Shipping policy
All Orders placed before 3 p.m. are processed the same day and shipped the same evening. Typical shipping times to most locations in North America is 2-4 business days. Remote or Northern locations could have extended shipping times.
Canada:
Local (within 20 km) same-day or next day delivery is free for orders above $25 before applicable taxes.
Deliveries are made between 4 and 9 p.m. the same business day for orders placed before 3 p.m. and next business day for orders placed after 3 p.m.
Non-Local: Flat-rate shipping is $2.99 for orders between $25-$60 before applicable taxes and free for orders above $60 before applicable taxes.
*Order totals less than $25 before applicable taxes have a shipping fee of $4.99.
Oversized items are excluded from the rates above and will have a shipping rate calculated after checkout. We may cover half the cost of oversized shipping at our discretion.
*For orders to remote Canadian addresses with extraordinary shipping costs, we reserve the right to request an additional shipping fee equal to the cost of the quoted rate from the shipping carrier. If declined, customer will be issued a full refund and the order will be cancelled.
